I called regarding a quote for a new extension to be rendered. Danny and Marc came promptly to discuss and quote for the work. They were more than happy to discuss and answer all the questions we had about what was required, the type of render, and colours. After accepting what was a very good quote the work was started soon after. We had a silicone render applied and are extremely happy with the end result. Throughout the work Marc and Dave kept the area tidy and kept us updated of their progress and the following steps. Overall very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.
What a great experience from start to finish. They were constantly in contact. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. They were friendly and approachable. We are very pleased with what they have done. Our house has had an amazing facelift.
We chose Quality Render because of their previous reviews, the job they offered and their fair price. This was a tricky job, but they carried it out with skill, care and professionalism. Despite our house completely encased in scaffold and the team wandering around it going about their work, they did it very humbly and carefully. The team, particularly Danny and Craig were very courteous. We collectively solved problems as we came across them. Would definitely recommend for silicone render system.

Frequently Asked Questions
For a typical semi-detached property, installation usually takes around two weeks to complete. Larger properties or projects with more complex requirements may take longer. Before work begins, we will provide a clear project timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
The finished silicone render provides a modern, attractive appearance with a smooth, flat finish and a subtle fine texture. It is designed to enhance the appearance of your property while offering long-lasting weather protection.
Silicone render is available in a wide range of colours, with hundreds of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a traditional neutral shade or a more contemporary colour, we can help you select a finish that complements your home.
Yes, if you are planning to replace your windows or doors, we strongly recommend doing this before the insulation and rendering work begins. The insulation system and render finish are installed up to and around the window frames and sills, then sealed with silicone mastic. Replacing windows or doors afterwards may require additional remedial work to the render system.
EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) insulation is available in thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 300mm. In most cases, we recommend 100mm insulation to achieve the required thermal performance and U-value improvements. The ideal thickness will depend on your property's existing wall construction and energy-efficiency requirements.
Silicone render is typically applied at a thickness of between 6mm and 10mm. As a thin-coat, lightweight rendering system, it provides excellent durability, weather resistance, and a high-quality decorative finish without adding significant weight to the building.
